I just wanted to drop in and say Happy New Year!! It's been a while since I've posted, but the holidays really came fast, and I was ill prepared this year! I always say that I'm going to be on top on the season, and somehow it just gets away from me. I'm already preparing myself for this year! I really want to be able to enjoy the holidays, unlike this year I felt so rushed and so tired. I'm currently recovering from a holiday hangover! I feel so off! I spent the first weekend of the year in bed. I think a lot of it has to do with the weather we've been having. It's so weird. We've been experiencing some record breaking low temperatures. Which in no means is nearly as low as those of you in the mainland, but it is very cold for us here in the islands. I feel like a bear, that hibernates for the winter! Also, I think the holiday junk food and overload of snacks has my body feeling extra sluggish! I need to get back into a routine, and get productive! Another thing I need to get back into routine is this blog...I know you've heard it many, many times before, but this time I am really going to do it!! I feel like I need an extra month to prepare for the new year!! Or at least can I restart the year?? What about you? Are you on the new year from the 1st day or are you a little late like me??
