I mustache you a question!!

WhoaMG!! Another month has gone by and this is my first entry! Ugh!! I will seriously need to fix this!! Just wanted to pop in and share a little something that I've been working on.  I ode to previous years Hello Kitty ornament making, I've been whipping up a something a little different this year.  Here's 1 of them!(sorry for the bad quality photo!)

I mustache you a question?...Do you think I'm cute?? haha!! This is 1 of the ornaments that I've been working on!! I recently did a banner for a baby shower mustache party, and since it's popularity is growing and growing, I figured I'd jump in and give it a whirl!  Gladly, I LOVE IT!!  Stay tuned for more to come!!
Hope everyone has a great weekend!! Cheers!!

Color Recipe

This weeks challenge is called the COLOR RECIPE: Sea Green, Brown & Pink.  You must Use 1, 2 or All 3. No other colors can be used except neutrals, such as black, ivory & white.

This is what I came up with:

I made a card in pink, used a brown mat and colored the daisy in a sea green, the sentiments are written with white pen, and the butterflies are also sea green.

This is the front of my card, I wrote the sentiment 'smile' as the stem of the flower.

I used a white pen for the stem

For the center of the flower, I used a fuzzy glitter to add some dimension to the flower.  For the rest of the flower, I use a fine glitter to accent the lines in the flower.

This is the back of the card, for this flower I used the sentiment 'happiness' for the stem of the flower.

Similar to the front of the card, just using the other flower and a different sentiment.

Once again we have great sponsors this week! Please feel free to get your creative juices flowing and join in on all the fun!!

Wedding Wishing Tree

Unfortunately, I didn't get good pictures of the tree that I made for the wedding that I attended last weekend.  I am still waiting to see if some will turn up from other people.  Here's the jist of what I made.  You write your wish on a tag and stick in a pocket, then hang it on the tree.  The bride and groom will have these wishes as keepsakes for their new journey together.  These were the wedding colors and the theme was vintage and everything was very beautiful and ever so elegant! I was glad to be a part of something so lovely!Photobucket

Tag you're it

Here is a little sneeky peek of the wedding wishing tree that I made for a wedding that I attended this past weekend!  I will surely share more photos once I get them organized!  The concept is to write your wish on a tag for the couple, then you stick it in a pocket so no one reads it.  Then you hang it on the tree.  A great idea, that can be use for all sorts of events!  Photobucket
